Known Issues
Down below are known issues that we have ran into. Please follow through the guide to avoid any issues while ordering your IDs
Importing Html tags in Country
If you use the importer and place any html tags in the Country column like <b>MA</b>. The print preview and the card itself will be printed incorrectly.
Please Avoid using html tags at all while you are creating your IDs.
Invisible Applicants after Ordering an ID with a Quantity of 2 or more
If you submit an order for IDs after increasing one of the Applicants Quantity to 2 or more, you will see invisible Applicants on the Review Records page. The total number of applicants will increase depending on the Quantity submitted and invisible applicants will take up some slots on the table.
Depending on when your order or create a new Applicant some applicants may appear on different pages.
As shown above, it will display the original applicant but you may have to switch pages to find the other created applicants.
